No Chargeback Policy
By purchasing from Richie Rich Picks, you agree not to initiate chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed and reversed in our favor, you agree to the following fees:

Richie Rich Picks provides sports predictions and analysis. We do not offer gambling services and do not place bets on behalf of users. RRP reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Account Termination Policy

- Fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse

All account terminations are final and non-reversible.
Collections & Enforcement Policy
If any outstanding fees remain unpaid, Richie Rich Picks may:
- Send the debt to collections
- Report unpaid fees to credit bureaus
- Take legal action to recover owed amounts
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed under the laws of Nevada. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada, except where prohibited by law. By using this site, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Richie Rich Picks.
Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized Nevada arbitrator, with both parties covering their own legal fees.
